Cancellation Policy

At Exclusive Shuttler Punta Cana, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate such changes.

1. Free Cancellations

  • You may cancel your reservation free of charge if you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour or transfer.
  • Cancellations made within this time frame will not incur any penalties, and you will receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour or transfer, or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the total cost of the reservation as a late cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we may waive the cancellation fee. Please contact us for assistance in such situations.
